RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. What’s your return policy ?
We provide a simple return policy, allowing most items to be returned within 7 days after the delivery date. You can start a return request if you're unhappy with your purchase by sending us a WhatsApp message at +918650108928. Please be aware that only returned items will be eligible for refunds.

Note:- Items bought during sales or promotions like Black Friday, BOGO, or festive specials, as well as lingerie products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to return the order?
We are pleased to assist you if you have an issue with the products.
Go to the ‘Profile’ section from the home page> Select the order/product you want to return > Select the appropriate reason for returning the product> Submit the request. Please be aware that as soon as the return is generated, you will receive a WhatsApp notification.
Note:- Please make sure that the items are being returned in their original packaging, complete with the invoice and in unused condition. According to our policy, if these conditions are not met, the return may be refused during the pickup procedure.
3. Why have I not received my refund even after the product was picked up?
Cash on Delivery (COD): After your returned item passes our quality inspection, refunds will be started within three to four business days. The UPI ID you gave when initiating the return will be used to complete the refund.
Regarding Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we pick up your item and it passes our quality inspection. I appreciate your patience.
4. The return window has passed.
Since the return window has closed for all orders, we are unable to accept this return. For fair use of our policies, we ask that you apply for a return within the seven days that we offer an easy return policy.
5. Exchanging my item
Items cannot be exchanged for alternate products or colors. However, starting 24 hours after placing your order, you can use the TUM (The Urban Mall) app to swap your item for a different size (up or down). For fair use of our policies, we ask that you apply for the exchange within our seven-day easy exchange period.
