DELIVERY POLICY
1. My order wasn't delivered yet. Where is my order?
Hi there! Our typical delivery window, which accounts for both order processing and delivery time, is 5 to 7 business days. The location may cause a minor variation. We assure you that the wait will be worthwhile, so please give us this time to deliver your order.
2. Why is the delivery being delayed?
If your order is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, it's possible that we're experiencing logistical problems that prevented us from delivering it to you on time. Once more, this only occurs for a small percentage of products that are shipped from a foreign warehouse. We really apologize for this, but we ask that you allow us another 5-7 days, and we will take care of this. We assure you that the wait will be worthwhile.
3. Why was my order canceled?
To make you feel as good as you look, we work hard to fulfill the entire order just as you ordered it and to the highest standard. However, occasionally a product may run out of stock sooner than we anticipate due to high demand, and other times we may have to cancel because of quality problems, etc. Rest assured that this is extremely uncommon and that we are always refining our procedures to make your time with us enjoyable.
4. What caused the delivery attempt to fail?
When courier partners attempt a delivery, there could be a number of reasons why it fails.
1. Incomplete and incorrect address
2. Consignee Unavailable/Incorrect Phone Number
3. Entry Restricted Area
4. For COD orders, no payment is made at the time of delivery.
5. The consignee moved or relocated, Please be aware that if the delivery fails three times, the order will be returned.
